DGIST Activity Credit(AC) Objective
  • The AC Program aims to help students explore their career options, engage in various extracurricular activities, promote a community spirit, and enrich their school life by organizing communities (split classes) in the College of Transdisciplinary Studies(School of Undergraduate Studies&Semiconductor Engineering).

  • Students participate in activities to earn ACs.
    (Students pursue self-led career management by developing their own portfolio in college, Students are recommended to earn at least 2 ACs before graduation, Criteria on earning ACs vary by activity.)

  • Composition

    A class consists of up to 25 freshmen, a class supervisor, and a peer counselor (PC).

  • Contents

    Facilitating a smooth transition to college lfie for freshmen through divisional group activities focused on PC students

Rookie Class
  • Definition

    A class-based program to help freshmen pre-explore tracks and career options and promote a community spirit.

  • Contents

    Track overviews, mentoring seminars, expert invitational lectures, field trips, etc.

Other Activities
  • Contents

    Students may earn ACs when they participate in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, clubs, volunteers, Cultural and Arts programs, and global programs.
