1:1/Group Mentoring 1:1 interview At the beginning of each semester, the mentor listens to the mentee student's plan for the semester and reviews the goal setting, course registration, etc.
Freshmen and sophomores Tailored mentoring on campus life, such as adjusting to school, academic achievement, and other concerns
Juniors and seniors In-depth mentoring on career and studying based on the mentoring on campus life
Students in poor academic standing Encouraging mentees who received 2.5 or lower in the previous semester to join the L.E.A.P (academic achievement) program
Mentoring Seminar Instructors hold mentoring seminars on various topics at a fixed time.
(Students may take seminars of their interest.)
