Undergraduate Studies: With the approval from Advisory Professor and Chair of Undergraduate Studies, the request form for excess credits should be submitted to Educational Affairs and Records Team until the four days before course registration.
Notes
When taking 800-unit (special lecture) and 900-unit (research credits) courses of the same subject, duplicate credits are recognized.
No retakes are allowed.
For "Thesis" and "Capstone" courses, after consulting with the instructor, the credit to be applied should be determined and directly entered when registering.
If less than 9 credits are acquired, student support expenses such as scholarships and teaching assistant payments will not be paid in the following semester.
Reasons for non-payment of student support expenses: less than 9 credits acquired, disciplinary action, academic warning, exceeding the maximum enrollment period (4 semesters for master's, 8 semesters for doctoral, 10 semesters for integrated programs).

Undergraduate Studies : Within two weeks after the course registration change period ends, students must apply for course withdrawal on the student portal and obtain approval from the course instructor and department head.
