Matters to be observed

Enterprise selection method
  • Conducting an examination of occupancy through the Steering Committee
  • Deliberation and selection based on objective evaluation results such as technology, business feasibility, management ability, and ripple effect on the local economy
Excluded from moving in
  • Bad credit companies
  • Companies that cause pollution such as wastewater, noise, and vibration
  • Closed company
  • When the Steering Committee finds it inappropriate
Matters concerning cancellation of contract

In the following cases, the contract can be terminated and removed without separate legal procedures.

  1. 01.If you do not move in or pay the deposit after signing the contract
  2. 02.If cost of training management are not paid for more than 2 months from the specified date or often overdue.
  3. 03.If the details of the project in the submitted business contract and the details of the project are different
  4. 04.Changing the prototype of existing facilities, acts that are harmful to other companies, etc
  5. 05.If machinery and equipment are brought in and installed in excess of appropriate design standards (electricity, noise, vibration, load, etc.) on each floor
  6. 06.If you unfairly occupying and using common facilities and areas
  7. 07.If you moving in by fraudulent methods or it is found that you are not eligible for moving in
  8. 08.In case of violation of other regulations and contracts determined by the management authority
