The Nobel Prize Laboratory is where the course is held. Nobel Prize winning experiments such as the elastic and inelastic collision of X-rays, Zeeman effect, Michelson interferometer, nuclear magnetic resonance, AFM, STM, SEM, etc.

The Optic Laboratory is equipped for basic optics experiments such as polarization, optical activity, diffraction, spectrum, quantum optics experiments such as quantum eraser simulation and quantum encryption simulation, as well as nonlinear optical experiments using femtosecond laser and nonlinear crystals.

The Solid State Physics Laboratory is equipped for the creation and measurement of solid crystals using various combinations of substances. Material property-related UGRP experiments are carried out each year, and the laboratory is also equipped with instruments for thermodynamics experiments such as Fourier’s conductivity experiment, vacuum experiments, and adiabatic expansion experiments.

The Practical Physics Laboratory is equipped with machines such as laser cutters, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and electric saws. They can be used to craft a wide range of equipment for the creative experiment segments in the last three weeks of and , which are compulsory courses for the 1st year.

This laboratory is where the and courses are conducted in the 1st and 2nd semester, respectively. It is designed with large tables for teams of two. Classical mechanics includes experiment such as gravitational acceleration measurement, projectile motion, moment of inertia, etc., while electromagnetics includes experiments such as equipotential line measurement, RLC circuits, ampere balance, Brewster’s angle, etc. The last three weeks are used for creative experiments with freedom of topic.

The Electric Circuits Laboratory is equipped to allow up to 24 students to experiment with individual laptop computers and NI-ELVIS equipment. Students learn about the principles of diodes, transistors, and op-amp and practice making circuits applying these principles, while learning how to use the multi-meter and oscilloscope. The lab is also equipped with a range of Arduino sensors and kits.

Laboratory for Cell Biology is where cell biology lab-based excercises are conducted. Key equipments include clean benches, CO2 incubators, inverted light microscopies, swing bucket refrigerated ultracentrifuge, gel documentation system for Western blot, and Nucleofector 3D.

This is a room where preparations and materials for the laboratory practices and experiments are made. It is commonly used in all biology practices. Key equipments include safe reagent cabinets, deep freezers, and water distillation systems.

This is a laboratory for the experiments of molecular biology and molecular genetics. This laboratory is where the activities for “General Biology Laboratory” for the freshmen are carried out. Key equipments include a gel documentation system and gradient PCR machines. This room is designated as an ‘Excellent Safety Control Laboratory’ by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning

This is a laboratory equipped for the genetics and microbial biology, and here “Molecular and Cell Biology Laboratory” and “Genetics Laboratory” for the sophomores are carried out. Key equipments include incubators, a shaking incubator, a growth chamber for plants, and stereo microscopes.

The Media Laboratory is where computer-based excercises such as statistical and computational analyses and molecular modelings are conducted. It is also used for educational activities for high school students. Key equipments include PCs, workstations, and a 3D projector.

This room is a laboratory approved for the breeding of model organisms by the LMO Act. Various curricular and extracurricular activities for regular practice courses and for Undergraduate Research Program (UGRP) that involve dealing with live animals are conducted in this room. Key equipments include a zebrafish rearing system, a deep freezer and dissection equipments.

The Analytical Instruments Room contains equipment for analyzing a wide variety of specimens, and is used in all biology courses. Key equipmentation includes UV-VIS absorption/fluorescence spectroscopy, DLS, MALS, HPLC, FPLC andhigh throughput liquid handling system.

공학적 설계, 메카트로닉스 등의 실험실습 교과에서 학생들의 공학적, 창의 아이디어를 구현하기 위하여 제작 활동을 할 수 있는 공간으로, 고용량의 전기 설비, 용접실, 배기 시설이 구축되어 있으며, 다양한 공구류 및 드릴링 머신, 용접기, 레이저 컷팅기, 금속 절단기, 밀링기, 소형 선반 등의 다양한 기계공작 설비를 갖추고 있다. 디지스트 자동차 동아리 ‘디지니어스’의 활동 장소이며, 교수님이나 안전관리 책임자의 지도하에 이용 가능하다.

열역학, 열전달, 유체역학, 내연기관의 이론을 검증할 수 있는 실험장비들이 구축되어 있다.
열전달 실험장치, 증기모터 실험장치, 엔진 실험장치, 차대동력계, 배기가스 분석장치를 통하여 열역학적 에너지 거동을 측정, 분석 할 수 있고 오리피스, 벤츄리미터 실험장치 등의 다양한 유체역학 실험장비들을 통하여 베르누이 방정식, 천이 유동현상, 레이놀드 수와 같은 현상을 확인 할 수 있다.

공학준비실에서는 학생들의 창작 활동을 지원하기 위하여 다수의 3D프린터를 운용하고, PCB 프린터, 아두이노, 라즈베리파이, 각종 정밀공구, 측정장비, 전자부품, 회로키트 등을 구비하고 있다. 회로 설계를 위한 OrCAD, 3D 설계 및 해석을 위한 솔리드웍스, 카티아, 아담스 등의 정식 네트워크 라이선스를 보유하고 있어, 이용을 원하는 학생들의 개인 PC에 설치를 지원한다.

기초공학의 공통필수인 <자동제어실습> 교과 활동이 이루어지는 자동제어실습실은 다양한 공학적 시스템에 대한 모델링 및 해석을 통해 도출된 제어기의 성능을 확인하고 검증 등을 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 수행 가능한 제어로는 (1) DC 모터 시스템을 이용한 각도 및 각속도 제어, (2) 역진자 시스템 이용한 평형 유지 제어, (3) Magnetic levitation 시스템 이용한 Ball 부양 높이 조절 제어, (4) coupled tank system 이용한 수조의 높이 조절 제어 등이 있다. 그 외에도 메카트로닉스, 진동공학 및 공학적 설계 등의 다양한 기초공학 교과목의 실습 공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 아두이노, 라즈베리파이, LabVIEW/NI-myRIO 등의 다양한 제어 플랫폼과 각종 센서 등을 구비하고 있다.

프로그래밍 실습실에서는 Python, pycharm, Visual studio, R studio, Matlab 등을 이용하고, UNIX 및 LINUX가상머신 접속을 통하여 다양한 프로그래밍 교육 환경을 제공한다. 엘리스 소프트웨어 서비스를 통한 체계적인 프로그래밍 교육환경을 제공하고, ZOOM 소프트웨어를 통하여 수업 중 강의화면을 실시간으로 개인의 테블릿이나 휴대전화로 볼 수 있으며, 녹화 할 수 있다.
복잡한 시뮬레이션 및 3D 설계 등의 작업을 수하기에 충분한 사양의 PC가 구축되어 있어 공학 교육 뿐만 아니라, 수학, 물리, 생물 교과의 수업 및 세미나를 지원 할 수 있다. 교원 및 학생들의 수요가 있을 시 수시로 3D설계 강의를 지원한다.
