Degree Conferment Requirements

  • To be awarded a degree and undergo graduation assessment, the average grade point average (GPA) of all completed courses must be 2.0/4.3 or higher.
  • Complete the undergraduate program and submit designated assignments or a thesis, passing through the prescribed evaluation.
  • Assignments or theses for the undergraduate program may be replaced with research results from UGRP.

Degree Examination

  • Formation of the degree examination committee, comprising
    • One faculty member recommended by the dean.
    • One advisor for the assignment or thesis.
    • One faculty member recommended by the advisor.
  • Evaluation as 'S' (pass) or 'U' (fail), with approval from at least two members of the degree examination committee.

Assignment or Thesis Writing

Must be written in either Korean or English.

Degree Conferment Decision

The decision regarding degree conferment will be made by the president after deliberation by the academic council upon passing the degree examination.

Degree Conferment Timing

Conferred at the end of the respective semester.
