Education to Prevent Violence​

Relevant legislation
  • The Fundamental Law for Gender Equality, Article 31 and the enforcement ordinance for this law, articles 20, 1, and 5
  • Legislation Pertaining to the Prevention of Prostitution, Protection of Victims, Etc., Article 5
  • Legislation Pertaining to the Prevention of Sexual Assault, Protection of Victims, Etc., Article 5
  • Legislation Pertaining to the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims, Etc., Article 4-3
  • The Higher Education Act, Article 11, Section 1: School Evaluations
Amount of education that must be completed
  • Members must complete at least 1 hour of each type of this education every year
  • Necessary areas of education for members: Sexual assault, domestic violence, sexual harassment, prostitution (4 hours)
  • Necessary areas of education for students: Sexual assault, domestic violence (2 hours)
Education method
  • Online classes
  • If necessary, in-house education will be provided with a professional instructor

Anti-violence education is a legally required form of education that is run every year for all members of the school.
